The product scaled without a user-centered approach and lacked scalability. Key issues included: Inefficient information architecture leading to user confusion Outdated visuals lacking visual appeal No accessibility support Poor user experience overall With business goals in sight, the main question was: how can we increase crypto payment conversions through design? The goal was to prioritize UX improvements that could boost Kamoney’s revenue by 15% to 20%.
